Let’s move friends and reduce sitting. Have time to go to your school or workplace on foot or by bike. Go earlier in the morning when the air is still fresh. Come to mosque and fulfill His call for Sholah (especially for men) on foot jointly with your friends, avoid using car. If there was a garden in your home, help Mom and Dad digging earth and planting seeds. In the holiday, play physical or agility games with your colleagues or class mates. Move and move...yeah don’t be lazy to move. Try to get sweat everyday. Make it your custom and hobby.
