Higher & Lower TF,  In H4 chart, our brain have to think 6 times faster than in D1, and 24 times faster in H1. That's all equal multiplier factor in all aspects such as in term of frequency, speed, timing, energy, and so on. I think that is the logic reason behind the differences between trading in higher and lower time frame. So if you still have low competency in D1 then that will be worse if you trade in H4, more over in H1. However to be successful in D1 trading then we have to accept a lower frequency trading that relaxing body and mind but requires a long period of learning time i.e. months / years ?
