That's all equal multiplier factor in all aspects such as in term of frequency, speed, timing, energy, and so on. I think that is the logic reason behind the differences between trading in higher and lower time frame. Time is importance to everyone, a famous Arabic proverb said الوقت كالسيف إن لم تقطعه قطعك (al-waqtu kas-saif, in lam taqta'hu qata'ak).
